Chosen Charity-Praise along Music
We are delighted to announce we have been selected as the chosen charity by the amazing organisation Praise along Music who have developed a new singing project to help schools in their provision of collective worship. Their songs are broadly or mainly Christian in nature and celebrate the values of love, hope and unity.
They are currently serving around 500 UK primary schools in the UK with monthly songs. Each song is linked to a charity to raise awareness and funds. February 2024 they kindly asked us to be that charity for the month and shared their incredible song about healthy, loving and kind relationships entitled ‘What Love Is’. On hearing the song we were all so impressed by the message it conveys which ties in well with our children’s recovery programmes as well as our Educate 2 Eradicate programme delivered to children and those that support them all about healthy relationships and we know this song needs to be heard by all.
Praise- along pledge all publisher’s royalties generated in Feb 2024 for the song ‘What Love Is’ to Kaleidoscopic UK which is 50% of what they collect altogether, this is so amazing and we are truly honoured. The funds are a welcome support and raising awareness in such a fun way for children is something we are delighted to be a part of. Thank you Praise-along Music for the opportunity.
We hope many more schools will join up to this incredible project to raise much needed awareness for children to recognise self worth, belief and self love as well as healthy love of others.
